This appeal stems from the dismissal of plaintiffs' claims premised on the alleged negligence of a government employee because they failed to timely serve him. The trial court found plaintiffs failed to show good cause for withholding service beyond the ninety-day period prescribed by La. R.S. 13:5107(D).
