The appellant, Antonio Bonner, was convicted of four counts of the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, a violation of § 13A-12-211, Ala.Code 1975. For each conviction, he was sentenced as a habitual felony offender to life imprisonment, with the sentences to run concurrently.1 In an unpublished memorandum issued today, we affirmed Bonner's convictions.
