MACY, Justice.

Appellant Erich Lane appeals from two judgments and sentences that were entered after he was convicted of burglary and second-degree murder.

We affirm.

ISSUES

Lane submits three issues for review by this Court:

ISSUE I Whether the trial court erred by failing to adequately instruct the jury on the legal definition of an essential element of the lesser included offense of voluntary manslaughter?
