Defendant, José Capella Quiñones, has requested the court to revisit the determination of Magistrate Judge J. Antonio Castellanos on reconsideration detaining Defendant without bail, (Docket No. 41). The Magistrate Judge on reconsideration determined that there was probable cause that defendant had committed an offense for which a maximum term of imprisonment of more than ten years is prescribed...
