In December 1986, Henrietta Rodken (hereinafter decedent) died intestate and her sister, Beatrice Rodkin, was appointed as the administrator of her estate. Between 1987 and 1993 Rodkin, with the assistance of respondent, her attorney, made various distributions from decedent's estate to petitioner, another surviving sister.
