Friedman Enterprises ("FE") appeals the district court's decision affirming the bankruptcy court's order denying FE's request for $916,827 in contingency fees pursuant to FE's employment agreement with Chapter 11 Debtor B.U.M. International, Inc. Because the bankruptcy court specifically reserved the right to approve all fees and costs of FE when it approved FE's employment, the fee structure had not been unconditionally approved under 11...
