HEK Platforms and Hoists, Inc. ("HEK") appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County adverse to its claims against ORIX Credit Alliance, Inc. ("ORIX"). We shall affirm the judgment of the trial court—and resist the temptation to dismiss the appeal because of a totally inadequate record extract. We explain.
