Defendant Plymouth Charter Township appeals as of right from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiff Wayne County following a circuit court bench trial.1 The township challenges a pretrial order granting the county's motion for partial summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10).2 We affirm.
