No. 2D97-4534.

760 So.2d 291 (2000)

Brenyan FLOYD, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

June 9, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Megan Olson, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Ronald Napolitano, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Brenyan Floyd appeals his judgments of conviction for offenses occurring on May 19, 1997, and the sentences imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We affirm the convictions without further discussion. We remand this case to the trial court, however, to reconsider the sentences. See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000).
