[¶ 1.] This was a case of admitted liability. The jury was required to determine damages. Lori Ann Smith (Smith) appeals the award of damages to Warren Michael Jurgensen (Jurgensen) in the amount of $310,000. Smith alleges that based on the evidence presented, the trial court erred in not allowing her to introduce evidence that Jurgensen's financial condition was similar before and after the accident.
