Appellant, Bonnie Mecikalski (Mecikalski), seeks review under W.R.A.P. 12.11 of an order of the district court affirming a finding by the Attorney General, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), that her application for a concealed firearm permit be denied. We affirm.
