This litigation involves the interpretation of an indenture. U.S. Bank, as trustee for Angeion Corporation noteholders, sued Angeion for defaulting on its obligation to make a repurchase offer to noteholders when it "conveyed, transferred, or leased all or substantially all of its assets or for injunctive relief." On cross-motions for summary judgment, Angeion disputed that its sale and license of patents triggered the repurchase...
