Arnold Gene Holbrook ("defendant") appeals his conviction of first degree statutory sexual offense with a child under the age of thirteen, defendant's step-daughter, ("victim"). Defendant asserts error as to the admissibility of eight unrelated portions of evidence; however, he did not object to any of this evidence at trial.
