This is an employment discrimination case. The Plaintiff, Larry Kells, charged the Defendant with discrimination on account of age and disability. The district court2 granted the Defendant's motion for summary judgment on each count of the Plaintiff's Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
