Randall Boersig appeals from the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Electrical Workers, Local 1439 (Local 1439), on his claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. For reasons to be discussed, we affirm.
