David Furrow appeals his conviction by conditional guilty plea to one count of manufacturing marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Furrow reserved the right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence found in two preliminary warrantless searches and a third search conducted after police obtained a warrant based on drug evidence discovered in the second search.
