In this case, plaintiffs/legatees claim a two-thirds interest in immovable property which was the subject of a court-authorized exchange during the administration of a succession. The succession is now closed, and the defendant is a third-party purchaser of the property. The trial court dismissed plaintiffs' action for the nullity of the transfer of the succession property on the exceptions of res judicata and no right of action. We now reverse...
