Appellant Soren Harbom was granted a Judgment of Absolute Divorce from appellee Judith Harbom in the Circuit Court for Howard County on June 8, 1999. Appellant filed an action for divorce on grounds of adultery in May 1996, and appellee filed a counterclaim for divorce on grounds of constructive desertion in the same month.
