{1} Defendant Ladell Haynes appeals his conviction of distribution of cocaine. On appeal, he argues: (1) that double jeopardy barred his retrial after a mistrial caused by the prosecutor and that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to move for dismissal; (2) that the booking photo of him admitted into evidence to bolster the undercover agent's identification of him as the person who sold the agent cocaine was irrelevant...
