Ronald Abrahamson sued for specific performance or damages, alleging breach of a contract for the sale of land held in joint tenancy by Gordon Abrahamson, Sr., and his wife, Beatrice Abrahamson. He appeals from summary judgment in favor of Beatrice Abrahamson and her successors-in-interest. Because as a matter of law Ronald Abrahamson did not effectively exercise his purchase option by discharging Gordon Abrahamson's personal debt...
