Defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of arson in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree and was sentenced as a second felony offender to concurrent prison terms of 6 to 12 years and 3½ to 7 years, respectively. Based upon our review of the record and defense counsel's brief, we agree with defense counsel's assertion that there are no nonfrivolous issues to be raised on appeal.
