Scot A. Czarnecki appeals from a judgment of conviction for three counts of forgery and one count of uttering a forgery contrary to WIS. STAT. § 943.38(1)(a), (2) (1995-96).1 He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion for a new trial.
