CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon the State's confession of error we reverse the summary denial of defendant's motion for post-conviction relief with directions to conduct a hearing on defendant's claim that his attorney misadvised him that he would serve only one year of his twelve year prison sentence. See State v. Leroux, 689 So.2d 235
