A tragic accident at a municipal fireworks display gave rise to this dispute over insurance coverage. The district court concluded that the policy at issue excluded coverage for bodily injury to "shooters," the persons hired to ignite the fireworks on display, and that this exclusion applied to the City as an "additional insured."
