Opinion of the Court by LIM, J.

Defendant-Appellant Ernest Apao, Jr. (Defendant) appeals the September 18, 1998 judgment of the first circuit court convicting him in Count I of the included offense of Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree and in Count II of the charged offense of Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree, and sentencing him to concurrent one-year terms of probation, each under conditions including a six-month term of imprisonment.
