BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Andre Ricardo Pierson appeals from a final judgment1 finding him guilty, pursuant to a written plea agreement, of aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Pierson was sentenced to 235 months in prison. We affirm.
