In this action for wrongful discharge, defendant, the state of Oregon, appeals from a judgment for plaintiff after a nonjury trial. Defendant assigns error to the trial court's denial of its motion to dismiss, ORCP 54 B(2), at the close of plaintiff's case and to the court's finding that plaintiff was discharged for refusing to file a false report against another employee.
