In this appeal, we again consider the nature and extent of rights conferred by a charging order against a limited partnership interest. The new question presented by this case is whether a receiver with a charging order against limited partnership interests has a right to be notified of a partnership opportunity-in this case, an opportunity to purchase the partnership's debt.
