Appellants are beneficiaries of an inter vivos trust executed by their father in 1980, after he had become a resident of Florida. The trust is largely comprised of interests in shopping centers in New Jersey, where the father previously lived, as well as interests in shopping centers in New York, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
