Batteries Plus, LLC (BP) brings this appeal after a jury found that its discharge of Clinton Mohr violated the public policy prohibiting an employer from extracting repayment of expenses from employees by means of economic duress. BP contends that Mohr's discharge was lawful and did not violate any public policy. We reject BP's argument. The evidence is sufficient to support the jury's conclusion...
