McDONALD, P.J.

Defendants, Borman's, Inc., doing business as Farmer Jack,1 and Gary Chapell, appeal by leave granted the trial court's denial of their motion for summary disposition in this action under the Handicappers' Civil Rights Act (HCRA), now known as the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act, M.C.L. § 37.1101et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq. We reverse.
