The defendant-appellant Wayne Thomas Jenkins appeals from the judgment, guilty conviction, and sentence of the first circuit court, filed on October 20, 1998. Jenkins raises eight points of error on appeal, namely, that: (1) the circuit court erred in denying Jenkins's motion to suppress evidence; (2) the circuit court erred in refusing to dismiss the case or allow Jenkins a continuance to investigate the "inadvertent" destruction...
