This is an appeal from the Superior Court of Clinch County's denial of a motion made by the District Attorney of the Alapaha Judicial Circuit ("DA") to disqualify private attorney Charles Reddick from the practice of criminal law in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit because, inter alia, Reddick is a part-time district attorney pro tempore ("DA pro tem") of that circuit.
