Plaintiff appeals a partial summary judgment which dismissed defendant Carlo De Matteo from this lawsuit. We affirm.

This is a suit for personal injuries inflicted on plaintiff, Randy Ledet, when he was attacked in a parking lot adjacent to D.C.'s Lounge, Inc.
