¶ 1. The case before the Court involves a claim by Richard Nolan, the appellant here and plaintiff below, against his mother, Kaye Brantley, for personal injuries he sustained while operating her lawn mower on her business premises. A Lowndes County Circuit Court jury returned a verdict in Brantley's favor and Nolan now appeals. He suggests three errors that would require the judgment to be reversed and remanded for a new trial.
