This appeal concerns a farm lease entered into between appellee J-Dog, Inc., and Billy Jim Smith, the father of appellant Dwayne Smith. The issues on appeal are whether the lease is enforceable against appellants, who were deeded part of the subject property after the execution of the lease, and whether the lease has priority over an easement owned by appellants.
