KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-appellant Andrew H.K. Wong appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Regents of the University of California ("the University") on Wong's claim that the University discriminated against him in violation of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12132 ("the ADA") and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794.2
