The Plaintiff, Mary Argoe, slipped and fell at an apartment complex in Smyrna, Delaware, allegedly sustaining personal injuries. She filed her complaint against six entities alleging that each either owned, operated, controlled and/or managed the apartment building. Four of the defendants have been dismissed from the suit, and only defendants Greenmeadows Limited Partnership...
