Defendant-Appellant Eric Christopher Keifer pleaded guilty to six counts of bank fraud, see 18 U.S.C. § 1344(1), and one count of using a false social security number, 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B), and was sentenced to forty-one months, with credit for time served on other convictions, resulting in sentence of approximately twenty-three months.
