AMENDED OPINION1

JACKSON, Judge:

¶ 1 Geri Pasquin (Ms. Pasquin) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to defendants. We are without jurisdiction over the Estate of Kory Pasquin (the Estate) and thus dismiss the appeal as to the Estate. Regarding the trial court's ruling that Ms. Pasquin's lifetime employment and partnership claims were barred by the statute of frauds, we reverse and remand for further proceedings...
