The Court addresses the fee application of the Examiner which "arrived" after one of the objecting parties sought recusal of the Honorable J. Wendell Roberts who successfully oversaw this monstrosity of a case. Judge Roberts expressed his doubt about the validity of the recusal motion of Rural Utility Service (hereinafter, "the RUS"); however, he opted for recusal to avoid the appearance of impropriety...
