Plaintiff, Bob Tatone Ford, Inc., appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Ford Motor Company. Plaintiff's claims arise from attempts by Ford Motor Company (Ford) to terminate the franchise agreement with plaintiff, which was entered into in 1975.
