ZAPPALA, Justice.

This is a direct appeal1 of the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing Appellant's request for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act, 42 Pa.C.S. § 9542 et seq., (PCRA). Appellant requests that this Court find the lower court erred in dismissing his request for relief. Because we cannot agree with Appellant, we affirm the order dismissing his PCRA...
