AFTER REMAND

PER CURIAM.

This is a drug prosecution in which the circuit court suppressed the principal evidence on the ground that the police violated the so-called "knock and announce" statute. The Court of Appeals affirmed, but we reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals, and remand this case to circuit court for further proceedings.
