[¶ 1] Robert Crispin and other plaintiffs1 appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) involving a challenge to a proposed development in the Town of Scarborough. Although the Crispins raise multiple issues on appeal, we address only those issues meriting discussion, and affirm the judgment of the Superior Court.
