MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter was set for trial on July 23, 1999. On that date, the parties announced that they had reached a settlement in all respects except for the limited issue of whether the GOLD COAST CASINO was a vessel subject to a maritime lien at the time Alan D. Alario Inc. towed it from the construction site to its permanent berth.1
