Jeffrey Higgenbottom entered an Alford1 plea to one count of possession of cocaine, first offense. The trial court sentenced Higgenbottom to two years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine, suspended upon the service of thirty days or payment of $750, and eighteen months probation.
