This matter comes before us on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court. Previously, this court reversed the trial court's action sustaining the peremptory exception of prescription raised by appellees, Dr. Andrew Kucharchuk ("Dr. Kucharchuk") and Southeastern Orthopedics, Inc. ("Southeastern") in the medical malpractice claim of appellant, Ben Guitreau. Appellees' writ application was granted by the supreme court, resulting in remand to this court for consideration...
