STATEMENT OF THE CASE

¶ 1. Clint Baldwin was convicted in the Circuit Court of Lowndes County, Honorable Lee J. Howard, Circuit Judge, presiding, of the crime of sale of cocaine. He was thereafter sentenced to a term of twenty-eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, and to pay a fine of $50,000. Feeling aggrieved of the judgment thus entered against him, Baldwin appeals...
