This case involves the state's appeal of a drug suppression order issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Because police did not have a reasonable, articulable suspicion of criminal activity to intrude upon a parked vehicle in which appellee was a passenger, we affirm the trial court's decision to suppress.
